The release of any records created arising from discussions between the Minister and his Agricultural counterpart Charlie McConalogue concerning a reduction in carbon emissions targets for the agricultural sector in June and July 2022, including any emails between both offices, minutes/notes taken at meetings between the Ministers, briefings given to the Minister before or after the meetings, and any reports about agricultural emissions.
