I would like to request under freedom of information act 2014 records of any correspondence between the then Minister (and/or the Department for Finance) and the CRU (then CER) in relation to the government decision on July 14 to take a dividend from ESB and task CRU with distributing it to Large Energy Users between July and November 2009.
