The requester sought access to records relating to the use of the “Speak Out” online anonymous reporting tool for incidents of abuse, harassment, discrimination, and all forms of hate within TU Dublin to cover the academic years 2021–2022, 2022–2023, 2023–2024, and 2024–2025 and sought the following information disaggregated by the following categories: a) Reports from students; reports from staff; reports from other; b) Reports for incidents in the academic year in question; and historic reports; c) The total number of reports to Speak Out by staff where the reporter stated they made a formal report to their HEI; d) The total number of reports to Speak Out by students where the reporter stated they made a formal report to their HEI
