I would like access to your copies of records relating to the application made by Galway Motor Club to run a rally passed my house Y). Especially any safety reports, maps, engineer reports, risk assessment reports, proof of resident consultation, what the procedure of the council is, correspondence between the council and Galway Motor Club relating to safety and all dates of inspections of roads etc. and my property were carried out. Any records relating to safety, objections, Y, my house, my objection in 2016, objections in 2017 to do with this rally from 1st January 2016 to 1st February 2017. I would like to see the insurance policy and safety reports ASAP as I am worried about their lack of due care so I would like to go to the Council offices for those safety reports/insurance policy.
