The Department of Health is the primary authority for issuing section 14 licenses under Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977 and should hold any unpublished guidelines or records of licenses granted for low-THC hemp marketing. I request specific documents from 2021–2025 related to licensing criteria, guidelines, or applications for marketing low-THC hemp under S.I. No. 122 of 2021, S.I. No. 211 of 2022 and S.I. No. 150 of 2023 including confirmation of whether guidelines exist, details of any licenses issued, or evidence of ad-hoc policies.
