Access to all records held by the Department regarding the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme (SCEP)grants awarded to Termonfeckin Tennis Club, Co. Louth(specifically relating to the 2020 allocation of €150,000 and the 2023 allocation of €136,573). I am requesting the complete Grant Drawdown / Payment Claim filesfor these projects, specifically: Invoices & Receipts All invoices submitted by the club for reimbursement, including those related to court construction (Hybrid Clay/Padel), clubhouse renovations, and site clearance. Site Works Documentation:Any invoices or quotes submitted specifically relating to tree surgery, tree removal, or landscapingperformed as part of the site preparation. Proof of Payment:Redacted bank statements or electronic fund transfer (EFT) records submitted by the club to prove that suppliers were paid in full. Technical Reports:Any inspection reports or "Certification of Completion" documents submitted by the club's technical supervisors or Department inspectors.
