I wish to request the following information relating to housing owned and managed by Tipperary County Council. ​Please provide: The total number of residential dwellings currently owned by Tipperary County Council.The percentage this represents of the total housing stock within County Tipperary.The total annual expenditure for each of the last five years relating to: - Housing maintenance and repairs - Planned maintenance works - Emergency repairs - Void property repairs - Estate management - Retrofitting and energy upgrades - Housing administration and operational costs - Insurance costs relating to council housing stock The average annual maintenance cost per dwelling for each of the last five years.The total annual housing budget for each of the last five years, including all housing-related expenditure.6. Any reports, audits, or summaries prepared by or for the Council regarding the cost of maintaining council-owned housing stock.I request that the information be provided electronically where possible.
