A copy of any periodic update, summary or briefing paper prepared by the Business Unit and/or Arts Unitand sent to or requested by senior management (ass sec general and above) and/or minister(s) and/or direct ministerial staff (minister's office and/or special advisors) about the BTP project since 1 January 2022 A copy of correspondence between ministers (including juniors) and the CEO/director and/or chair of the board (plenary) of the Arts Council about the Arts Council's Business Transformation Programme (BTP) since 1 January 2023 A copy of notes (taken during meetings which informed the finalised minutes), minutes, briefings, presentations and/or reports provided in advance or requested by the minister following meetings since 1 January 2025 between Minister O'Donovan and Arts Council senior management and/or board (plenary) chair of the Arts Council in which the Business Transformation Programme(BTP) was discussed;Note: Notes are only required where no finalised minutes of meeting exist. A copy of the notes or minutes from quarterly liaison meetings between the Arts Unitin the Department and the Arts Council since 1 January 2021. Note: Requires only extracts from minutes relating to BTP and attendees at meetingPlease exclude any emails concerning administrative matters with the meeting (e.g. setting a time for the meeting; change of time, food to be served, etc).
