I request under the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003, records in relation to Council inspections of private rented properties (PRP) in 2019 and Jan to Sept 2020 (or more recent data) relating to the following: 1.How many PRPs were inspected by the council? How many were deemed non-compliant with the housing regulations? The most common reasons for non-compliance? 2.The number of improvement notices issued? The number of prohibition notices issued? How many were prosecuted? 3.Does the council follow any standard for overcrowding in PRP? Does it inspect for overcrowding? How many were inspected for overcrowding? 4. How many were inspected because of concerns about the spread of coronavirus? How many were deemed to be a potential virus hazard? 5. How many PRPs were inspected proactively - ie NOT arising from concerns raised with the council 6. The number of properties inspected as a proportion registered tenancies
