My request pertains to the North/South Pension Scheme which applies to the six North/South Bodies and Tourism Ireland. All correspondence pertaining to the discussion and final decision to exclude Core and Core Tapered Protected Pensions from the Circular and National Pay Agreement. The relevant legislation and circulars that show where the Core and Core Tapered Protected Pension has been excluded from the National Pay Agreement and circulars.
