​All documentation including notes, complaints, notifications of the accidents, records, memorandum reports, correspondence or any other documents of whatsoever nature to include electronic documents relating to the provision and / or lack of provision of public lighting on the N24 By Pass in Clonmel between Heywood Road Junction and the Clonmel pass in Clonmel between the Heywood Road Junction and the Clonmel Park Hotel and more particularly along the pedestrian/cycle pathways.
