I seek all documentation, (including but not limited to external and internal correspondences, emails, letters, meeting minutes, memos, reports, circulars, and briefing notes) relating to correspondences, communications, and meetings between officials from the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, and representatives from the National Lottery Regulator concerning third party operators who offer betting on the outcome of lottery draws. My request covers from January 1 2017 up to and including today, March 11, 2019.
