In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: - Records of all correspondence between the OPW chair and the Garda Commissioner regarding either the Garda command centre on Harcourt Square or the new build under construction at Military Road, dated between January 1 2021 and the current date.
