A copy of any internal communication in the Department of Justice regarding the Data Protection Commission's decision to label the initial findings in a stated inquiry as "confidential" for the purposes of Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, 2018. 2. A copy of any communication between the Data Protection Commission and the Department of Justice which discusses the DPC's ruling in the inquiry.
