Under FOI I request all materials and data held by Tipperary County Council regarding the contract and agreement signed as part of the EU-funded project AgriChemWhey, including full details of the amount of public money committed to this project; a copy of the contract and/or agreement signed; and associated documents. FOI Requests I request information in relation to Development Works at Derg Marina, Ballina, Tipperary as follows: A. DEVELOPMENT WORKS AT DERG MARINA 1. Correspondence received from the Planning Department confirmed, there were usual 'locational and complexities involved' at Derg Marina, therefore TCC employed an external independent consultant to carry out a Report. I would like a copy of the Scope / Brief for the Report and a copy of the Report. 2. Exempted Development - I would like a copy of the full report concluding the development works were exempted to include the specific basis for the determination that the works were exempted. 3. Application for Exempted Development - I would like a copy of the Applicant's (the Developer) application requesting exempted development from TCC, the determination by TCC, TCCs Planners Report and Approval/Declaration from the Council Members. B. TUD-15-190 4. External Consultants Report - I would like a copy of the External Consultants Report, which sought to investigate and report on the Planning and Environmental status of the development in relation to TUD-15-190 and any other reports relating the development since 2015 until today. 5. TUD-15-190 - I would like a copy of the complaint(s) (non-personal information)
