I wish to apply for the following under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act: Please provide details, to cover the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 (inclusive and by year) regarding the number of people who presented as homeless citing domestic violence/abuse; th number in the same timeframe of people deemed active domestic violence cases in your area; the number of refuges or shelters in your area and the be capacity of same; the number of 'can not accommodate' cases involving those refuges or shelters, again in the same timeframe and as notified to the local authority (ie, people seeking a bed in a refuge or shelter but here no bed is available).
