For the years 2016,2017 and 2018(most recently available data): 1.The amount of residential zoned land which is privately owned within the Council's administrative area.2.The amount of this land registered on the Vacant Sites Register.3.The number of residential units/homes owned by the Council which are (a) occupied by tenants and(b) vacant 4.The number of social and affordable houses delivered by the Council in each of the above years (a)via construction by the Council(b)under Part V agreements with developers(c) one off purchases by the Council(d) delivered by an approved housing body and(e) the long tern leasing of residential premises by the Council.5.(a) the yearly capital budget for housing construction and (b) the capital expenditure on housing construction. 6.(a) The number of people in receipt of a HAP payment,broken down by year(half year 2018) and (b) the macro-cost of HAP payments per year.
