I wish to apply to access correspondence between the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the matter of the two recommendations that were made in terms of the international election observation roster as outlined in circular 11/2019 (page 17) and subsequent follow up correspondence on this matter.
