Further to FOI 258, I note that this FOI response contains minutes of the PAC meeting about XXXX- XXXXX on 2nd June 2022, and the letter from the PAC to XXXX XXXXX CEO XXX dated 4th July 2022 (ref XXXXX). The letter outlines the follow up actions which XXXX XXXXX CEO was to take after the meeting which include providing the committee with the business case which identifies how and when XXXX concluded that it needed a centre of excellence. Can you please provide the business case and records relating to items 1-5 listed, as requested by the PAC.
