Request Reference I am seeking access to any and all records held by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform (DPER) relating to proposed changes to the executive structure at South East Technological University (SETU), particularly in relation to the creation or sanctioning of new Senior Vice President (SVP), Vice President (VP), or other senior executive roles — including records referencing or involving Mazars and/or its representative Dr Graham Love in his advisory role to SETU. Specifically, I request access to the following records for the period 1 July 2020 to the present: 1. All correspondence (including emails, leers, and meeng notes) between DPER and: relating to: o SETU, o DFHERIS, and/or o Mazars or Dr Graham Love, o Sancon requests or approvals for revised execuve structures at SETU; o The creaon or approval of SVP, VP, or other new senior execuve roles; o Any assessment, advice, or commentary provided by DPER on these maers. 2. Any submissions, briefing notes, or supporng documentaon received or created by DPER relang to SETU’s proposals for structural changes, particularly those that involve financial, governance, or HR-related implications. 3. All internal DPER communicaons (including emails, memos, or meeng records) discussing: o The SETU execuve structure proposal; o Any decision-making processes relang to the sanconing of senior roles; o The involvement of external consultants such as Mazars.
