I wish to make this request under the Access to Information on the Environment (AIE) Regulations: 1. Records of vegetation maintenance works (bank and channel) in the following rivers as part of works mandated by Arterial Drainage Act, between 01 January 2018 and present (19 November 2021), to include copies of any environmental assessment reports: a. Finnihy & Keelnagower rivers, Kenmare b. River Boyne c. River Nenagh d. River Newport 2.In relation to vegetation maintenance works to the Finnihy & Keelnagower rivers in Kenmare Co. Kerry as part of Arterial Drainage Act, between 16 February 2021 and present (19 November 2021): - Complaints received from the general public between 01 February 2021 and present (19 November 2021). - Correspondence between the OPW and Senator Mark Daly in relation to maintenance of the Finnihy & Keelnagower rivers in Kenmare between 01 January 2021 and present (19 November 2021). I wish to request the above information to be sent to me in electronic format (and in a searchable format where possible) within 20 working days as outlined by the statute. If my request is denied in whole or part I ask that you contact me at the earliest possible date to provide assistance to amend my request if necessary, and justify any deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
