Records showing who made the decision to fill the steps with concrete and reasons for these works. 3. Records showing all expenditure on filling the steps with concrete. 4. Records of all engineers reports regarding the filing of the steps with concrete. 5. Record or copy of Foreshore licence relating to the last extension to this pier issued to CCC. 6. Record or copy of application form issued by CCC for Foreshore Licence for the last extension of this pier. 7. Record showing who proposed & endorsed the concept to remove the Lifeguards from the traditional bathing area adjacent to this pier. 8. Record showing revenue from car and bus parking at Doolin Pier Ballaghaline for last three years, 2021, 2022, 2023. Also Record of monies received from Ferry operators using Doolin Pines for same years. 9. Records showing any ownership by CCC of pines at Doolin Harbour.
