All documentation held by the Department, following Judicial Review (Record No. 2012/781 JR) in June 2013 between the Department and Donegal County Council, between the Minister and Donegal County Council and all internal documentation (e.g. e-mails between Civil Servants and the relevant Minister(s)) in respect of the Judicial Review, its ramifications, and any matter pertaining to same as well as any other document pertaining to the administration of planning in County Donegal since the Judicial Review, including in respect of Mr Convie’s correspondence to the Department subsequent to the said Judicial Review. ​
