RE: Job Info Booklet (page 6) - this states that the Minister has "declared that the qualifications for 'Enforcement Manager Planning' are as set out hereunder" and include either a construction qualification OR a legal qualification (at least Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications), and: (i) have a minimum of five years’ relevant enforcement legal and court experience relating to planning investigative work; (ii) have relevant experience of outdoor events compliance and coordination where attendance was in excess of 20,000, and (iii) have a satisfactory knowledge of public service organization or the ability to acquire such knowledge. Request for a dated copy of the above referenced 'declaration', as well as the background advice and documentation which underpinned the declaration when originally made.
