Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of the voluntary early retirement scheme for the Oireachtas as approved by the Minister at D/PER. - a copy of any correspondence between the department or the minister's office with third parties about the above scheme. - a copy of any representations received by D/PER with regard to the above scheme. - a copy of any correspondence between D/PER and the Oireachtas with regard to the above scheme.
