In the period of 01/01/2023 to 01/08/2023  All correspondence between the Department and Meath County Council relating to the revelations contained in The Ditch article of 09/01/2023 regarding improprieties in a successful planning application made by Damien English TD, and Deputy English's subsequent public admission that in planning application KA/802521 "some of the information I gave was not correct"  Information required from and to the Department, the property owner and the owner’s external consultants and professionals, and other sections of Meath County Council and Government Departments as well as any representations and/or queries from or by elected public representatives, members of the public and groups or organisation.
