All records relating to a trip to Edinburgh taken by department staff over the summer. Any emails exchanged in preparation for the trip, documents prepared, the list of attendees, the complete itinerary for each individual on the trip, as well as copies of all invoices and receipts for expenses incurred (flights, accommodation, additional travel, food etc). The minutes of any meetings that took place on the trip and any emails or documents prepared after the trip had concluded.
