Under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, I wish to request access to any document which sets out your organisation's policy or practice regarding job titles and the use of words such as "Chief", "Head of...", "Director of ...", "Manager", "Senior Manager", "Officer", etc. and whether these terms are linked to particular grades or salary scales I am seeking any single record, or the smallest number of records possible to provide the information sought - I am not seeking "any and all" such records. I would also prefer to receive only the most recent such records, unless provision of older records is necessary for clarity.
