Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment

1. Documents relating to internal communication regarding the implementation of the Directive within the Department (esp. between the executive and administrative wings of the government) and with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine following the passing of the statutory instrument 378 (2006) (the first National Action Plan or Good Agricultural Practice regulation) which transposed the Directive into Irish national law on the 01.08.2006. I would be interested in a time-frame between 01.08.2006 and 01.03.2007. 2. Documents relating to the practical implementation of the Directive, such as changes to administrative practices, consultations with affected farmers and environmental organisations or internal evaluations of the implementation process. Here the time-frame I'm most interested in spans August 2006 - March 2008.
