Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of any records held referring or relating to the setting of the salary level and terms and conditions for the new CEO of the Housing Agency. - a copy of any business case submitted to DPER arising from the above. - a copy of the sanction letter that was issued from DPER. I am happy for records relating to the pension aspect of this appointment to be excluded from consideration.
