I would like to submit a Freedom of Information Act request to ascertain the following. 1) The total number of staff working for the DFA who are foreign (or dual) nationals. Within this, the number who are British and dual-British/Irish nationals. 2) The total number of staff working for the DFA with a degree from a foreign university. Within this, the number who have a degree from a university in Great Britain, and the number who have a degree from a university in Northern Ireland. Where possible, if both can be listed by pay grade that would be excellent. I would like figures from now (or as close to now as is statistically possible) and the year 2016 (or, again, as to close to 2016 as is statistically possible).
