(i) The written criteria used by the Department in determining whether the recommendations of the State Examinations Commission are upheld or otherwise. (ii) The grade(s) of the Departmental officials involved in the decision-making process. (iii) The grade of the Department official who signs-off on the process. (iv) The manner in which the decisions of the Department are communicated to the State Examinations Commission (email, letter etc.).
