• Copies of all records relating to correspondence between Minister of Health Jennifer Carroll MacNeill and Special Adviser Stephen Foley up to today's date, March 28 about the following subjects: 1. Maternity Services. 2. The State Claims Agency. 3. Hospital baby deaths (in HSE maternity units). 4. CTG and/or foetal heart monitoring. 5. Perinatal Mortality Rates. 6. Portlaoise Hospital. This should include, but is not limited to, any letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, memos, notes, reports, draft reports and any other relevant records that were created, sent or received by the Minister's office related to this correspondence.
