1) Any correspondence between Department of Foreign Affairs officials at the grade of HEO or equivalent and above and officials from Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan, Delivery and Reform regarding the €35m allocation for Global Ireland Initiatives in Budget 2025. I'm looking for the information for the timeframe of 1st April 2024 to 1st October 2024 inclusive.
