I request access, under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, to records held by the Office of Public Works relating to fire safety, building compliance, and capital remediation at Citywest Convention Centre / Citywest Hotel following Health and Safety Authority inspections in October 2022. This request concerns the OPW’s role as property owner / works authority, and does not seek HSA inspection records already released. Specifically, I seek: Requests, referrals, or escalations received by OPW from DCEDIY or any other public body from October 2022 to 31 December 2023 concerning: fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, exit signage, compartmentation, evacuation routes, or other life-safety works at Citywest. OPW assessments, responses, or decisions in relation to those requests, including: costings, feasibility assessments, decisions to defer, phase, or decline works, reliance on temporary or interim measures. Records addressing building or fire safety compliance implications of: prolonged emergency use, increased occupancy, or change in intensity of use since 2022. Any fire engineering advice, compliance assessments, or professional reports commissioned or relied upon by OPW in this period concerning Citywest. This request excludes: HSA-authored inspection reports already released,
