Between Feb 1st 2017 & Aug 22 2017 LCC issued 15 Prohibition Notices, 5 in August 2017. The final three were issued on August 22nd. None since that date. The information that I am requesting is -Why did the issuing of Prohibition Notices end so abruptly? -Is there an issue with the legality of previously issued Prohibition Notices? -Have the criteria for issuing Prohibition Notices changed? -What exactly is the procedure for issuing Prohibition Notices? -What exactly is the procedure for having them removed? -What discretion do Council Officials have for issuing or not issuing Prohibition Notices?
