Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting all correspondence, briefing notes and meeting notes in respect of contacts between aviation lessors, IBEC/Aircraft Leasing Ireland or the Aviation Working Group and the Minister/Department of Transport in respect of transferring the title on aviation assets to Russian entities on dates from February 24 to December 31, 2022.
