Tipperary County Council

All documents that are held by or on behalf of Tipperary County Council (“the Council"), including letters, emails, memos, notes, minutes of meetings, recordings and calendar entries (“Documents") relating to the project now known as the Soloheadbeg to Limerick Junction walkway, planning application number PT8TT121. This request also relates to documents held by or on behalf of the Tipperary Town Revitalisation Task Force (“the Task Force"). For the avoidance of doubt, this request also extends to all documents that were created prior to the project reaching planning stage. The time scope of this request is from when the idea was first documented by the Council and/or Task Force to the present date. All references to the term “project" are intended to describe the project from ideation to its current status. In particular, the following is sought: 1. All Documents between the Council and/or the Task Force and the design consultants, TOBIN in relation to the project; 2. All Documents between the Council and or the Task Force and the Department of Rural and Community Development in relation to the project, including any application(s) for funding, and including any Documents between the Council and the Department since funding was granted, up until the date of this request; 3. All Documents between the Council and/or the Task Force and the Solohead GAA Club in relation to the project; 4. All Documents between the Council and/or the Task Force and Tipperary Cooperative Creamery and/or Teagasc in relation to the project; 5. All Documents between the Council and/or the Task Force and Horse Racing Ireland and/or Tipperary Racecourse in relation to the project; 6. All Documents between the Council and/or the Task Force and Córas Iompair Éireann and/or Iarnród Éireann in relation to the project; ​The reference to calendar entries above means calendar entries for any meetings (physical, virtual or by telephone) relating to the project, including manual calendar entries, calendar entries on any computer and calendar entries on any mobile phones used by or on behalf of the Council and/or the Task Force."
