I am seeking the following records, from 1 January 2021 to the present date: 1. All records (including internal and external correspondence, memos, and minutes of meetings) relating to the future use of facial recognition technology by An Garda Síochána and/or the procurement of such technology from private companies. 2. The names of any private companies discussed or considered as potential future providers of facial recognition technology to An Garda Síochána/the State. 3. All records regarding any risk assessments or impact assessments carried out in relation to the future use of facial recognition technology by An Garda Síochána or the procurement of such technology from private companies. 4. A schedule of all records identified as relevant to this request, including those which may be refused.
