Copy of the Auto-tracking analysis for the Town Enhancement Works. 4. The specific reasons why G.C.C state that a Part 8 process was not necessary in the light of the information provided above. 5. The cost estimated for the Town Enhancement Scheme prepared by G.C.C 6. Any report undertaken by G.C.C examining the issue of a Part 8 requirement for these “enhancements” 7. Any report undertaken by G.C.C from an architectural point of view to show that the proposed plaza would be in harmony or acceptable in the designated Architectural Conservation Area.
