A. Any records concerning how the process by which third parties could buy residential mortgages, came into being under the supervision and with the imprimatur of the Department of Finance and B. More particularly, any documentation regarding the agreed process by which any claim referring to the transfer of these financial contracts can be independently verified by or on behalf of the State and its Agents, i.e. Revenue Commissioners etc. In short and in plain language I am seeking as per above any records regarding the process by which these transactions (other than the claims of the contracting parties) can be verified, if such provision exists. C. Any other available records within your purview, which is connected to the basis for this request.
