Tipperary County Council

All and any data/emails/files/statements etc that show that Tipperary Co Council directed and agreed with AWN Consulting to ignore the ISO 1996/1 standard as is in the planning conditions during the noise assessments undertaken. I also wish to receive the name/s of TCCs officers who signed off on allowing the UK's BS 4142 standard to be used and ignored the planning conditions 04/1259 where it states that the ISO 1996/1 standard is to be used.
