All correspondence, documents notes (including briefing notes and the documents used in the preparation thereof) and memoranda in relation to: (1) meetings with An Taoiseach or his officials and (2) cabinet meetings, concerning or touching upon any of the following: allegations of sexual assault against Michael Shine, former consultant at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Co. Louth; the sale of said hospital by the Medical Missionaries of Mary to the North Eastern Health Board; and/or the Deed of Indemnity and Trust entered into by the Medical Missionaries of Mary on or about the 15th April 1997 and the fund established thereunder.
