All records, correspondence, documents, reports, minutes of meetings etc. which relate to any and all appointment or nominations of a named person as counsel to the Minister for Justice and Equality in advisory, investigatory or litigation matters since 2014. All records, documents, reports, minutes of meetings etc. which relate to the appointment of a named person as investigator in matters relating to me within An Garda Síochána in 2018. All records documents, reports, minutes of meetings etc. relating to both the investigation conducted and the findings made by a named person on foot of his investigation in to possible breaches of the CPSA guidelines which may have occurred in the processing of application and appeal made by a named Garda to join the ASU in October 2017. All records documents, reports, minutes of meetings etc. relating in any way to the decision of the CPSA to confirm (per letter of a named person to the Garda Commissioner on or about June 10th of 2019) that the CPSA intended to commence an audit of An Garda Síochána as it was ‘not satisfied that An Garda Síochána took appropriate actions to investigate the allegations made’ All records documents, reports, minutes of meetings etc. relating in any way to the correspondence sent to the Commissioner of An Garda Síochána by the Secretary of the Commission of Public Service Appointments on June 10th 2019 which confirmed the decision of the CPSA to conduct an audit of An Garda Síochána for reasons of the inadequate actions of An Garda Síochána with respect to the internal investigation conducted by a named person between March 2018 and June 2019 into the original concern raised by a named Assistant Commissioner.
