Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following 1. Details of the number of complaints of sexual harassment, harassment, bullying and/or personal humiliation made by Council employees to the Council in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 broken down by year. Please list if these complaints have been upheld, rejected or whether investigations are ongoing. 2. Copies of records that show a breakdown of legal costs and financial settlement costs arising from internal bullying, sexual harassment, harassment and personal humiliation claims from 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022 broken down by year. 3. Any payments made through the industrial grievance settlement process from 2017-2022 broken down by year.
