In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records which I believe to be held by the Department of Transport: A copy of correspondence between Applus management (NCT Test Centres) and the Department of Transport, including the relevant minister, regarding testing backlogs at centres. This request applies to the period January 1st 2022 to present date.
