Regarding the Public Consultation Report 2018-2022 Kimmage corridor (Supplementary information) [1.] There is reference in page 493 of that report to seven meetings with LOKRA on 2 April 2019 15 April 2019 16 July 2019 20 September 2019 11 December 2019 22 October 2020 25 March 2021 I am requesting all papers in your possession or procurement related to those meetings including without prejudice minutes of those meetings and any notes made by any of your officials in relation to the discussions. [2.] I note also reference on the same page to a meeting with Stannaway Road Residents on 14 June 2021 and I am requesting all papers in your possession or procurement related to that meeting. [3.] There is reference in page 428 and 438 of that report to notice sent to community forum members on 6 November 2020 and to a meeting of the Community Forum held on 9 November 2020. Please provide any documents in your possession related to that notice and meeting and any notes made by any of your officials in relation to the discussions at the meeting.
