**Scope amended** Per telephone call with requester 23 May 2024, scope is revised as follows: - Records of external (stakeholder) meetings only (to include agendas, speaking notes, briefing notes and minutes) in 2022, 2023 and 2024; internal departmental meetings excluded from scope - Briefings prepared for Ministers specifically in relation to e-scooters, excluding briefing for any meeting where e-scooters are not the intended purpose of discussion - Correspondence to/from the Department is excluded.
