Tipperary County Council All records held by Tipperary County Council relating to economic outcomes, deliverables, performance indicators and impact assessments for any project or programme involving CoSDA or COSTEDC from 1 January 2000 to the present. The records sought include the following:Baseline assessments prepared prior to project approval, including employment data, enterprise activity, business openings and closures, visitor numbers, tourism spend, vacancy rates, footfall, demographic projections, deprivation index data and commercial rate base information.Documents outlining expected or projected economic deliverables for projects involving CoSDA or COSTEDC, including anticipated job creation, business growth, tourism increases, improvements in town centre activity or any predicted economic benefit.Monitoring and evaluation reports, including mid- term reviews, final evaluations, progress reports, KPI tracking, value-for-money assessments and any reports provided to external funders such as the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund, Just Transition Fund, Fáilte Ireland or LEADER.Records documenting actual outcomes for projects involving CoSDA or COSTEDC, including economic impact assessments, visitor statistics, job creation figures, enterprise activity changes, footfall or vacancy studies and any before- and-after analysis.All funding-related records, including funding awarded to or through CoSDA or COSTEDC, deliverables required under funding agreements and assessments of whether such deliverables were met.
