Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to all administrative and deliberative records held by the OPW relating to the processing of my FOI request, Ref: FOI-0009-2026. This request is to include all records from the date of my original application to the present, specifically: 1. All emails, memos, or notes exchanged between the FOI Unit (including Mary Bagnall and Denis) and the Welfare FOI Team regarding the search, retrieval, and processing of my request. 2. All records identifying the Decision Maker who authorised the extension and any correspondence discussing the specific reasons/justifications for that extension under Section 14. 3. Any "Sent" logs, transmission reports, or system records verifying if and when a formal extension notice was issued to my specific email address (as opposed to internal addresses). 4. Any internal instructions or queries regarding the Office’s Section 11 duty to assist me in light of the missed statutory deadline.
